Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 1, 2026

CommerceWeave, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information, engage with our content, and use our tools with ease, regardless of ability.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all users. Accessibility is an ongoing effort at CommerceWeave, and we continuously work to improve the usability and accessibility of our website and platform. We strive to ensure that our digital properties meet or exceed applicable accessibility standards so that all visitors can navigate, understand, and interact with our content effectively.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

While we strive for full conformance, we recognize that some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address any barriers to accessibility.

Measures Taken

CommerceWeave takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML markup to ensure proper document structure and navigation for assistive technologies
  • ARIA landmarks and labels to provide additional context for screen readers where native HTML semantics are insufficient
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds, meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimum requirements
  • Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements, including menus, forms, buttons, and modal dialogs
  • Descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images and visual content
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users navigating through the interface
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and user font-size preferences
  • Regular accessibility testing using both automated tools and manual evaluation

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on our website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility. We are working to remediate these documents.
  • Certain interactive data visualizations may have limited support for screen readers. Text-based alternatives are provided where possible.
  • Some third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to improve these integrations.
