Acumatica manages customer pricing through customer price classes — predefined pricing tiers assigned to customer groups — and customer-specific price sheets that override the class pricing for individual customers on specific items. Quantity price breaks are supported within price sheets. CommerceWeave queries Acumatica's price resolution for each buyer request, returning the effective price from the customer's price class with any customer-specific price sheet overrides applied.
Acumatica's inventory model tracks on-hand and available quantities by warehouse location. CommerceWeave queries Acumatica warehouse availability for each buyer based on their assigned fulfillment warehouse, displaying the inventory position relevant to the buyer's order context.
CommerceWeave creates sales orders in Acumatica through the Acumatica REST API, which supports all standard sales order fields including customer ID, warehouse assignment, line items with pricing, and delivery information. The Acumatica sales order number is returned to the CommerceWeave portal for display in the buyer's order history.
